What's Not Covered

• Dissatisfaction with taste, texture, scent, packaging, or cosmetic appearance
• Change of mind, buyer's remorse, or deciding the product is "not for you" without a fair trial
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage instructions
• Orders placed in error, including duplicate orders (contact us within 48 hours for corrections)
• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers
• Items received as part of a free gift, promotional bundle, or giveaway
• Refund requests submitted after the 90-day window from confirmed delivery date

Consumable & Bodily-Contact Products

Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards, any consumable product or product that comes into direct contact with bodily fluids is non-refundable unless all of the following are met:

• Product used consistently and as directed for the full 90 days from your confirmed delivery date
• You provide reasonable proof of no improvement (dated photos, usage log, or written account)
• Product was not combined with unauthorized third-party products or modified against our guidelines

Additional Protections

• One refund per product, per customer. Repeat purchases of previously refunded items are final sale.
• Refunds issued to original payment method only — no cash, store credit, or exchanges.
• Minimum 75% usage required. A fair trial means consistent use over the full 90-day period.
• Try Soothe reserves the right to request additional verification and deny claims showing signs of fraud or abuse.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
